a.  City of Long Beach LCP Amendment No. 1-18 (LCP-5-LOB-18-0026-1) (SEADIP)Postponed

Concurrence with the Executive Director’s determination that the action by the City of Long Beach accepting certification with suggested modifications to the Land Use Plan and Implementation Plan portions of the LCP specifically related to the Southeast Area Development and Improvement Plan (SEADIP) is legally adequate. Application of Grassy Bar Oyster Co. for proposed 0.65 acre expansion of oyster aquaculture operations and after-the-fact authorization for 2 nursery rafts; 1200 sq.ft. work platform; and approx. 5 acres of oyster and clam aquaculture operations on State water bottom leases M-614-01 Parcel 1 & M-614-02, Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo County. b.  Application No. 9-18-0647 (Tyco, Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co.)

Application by Tyco Electronics Subsea Communications, LLC, for state waters and on-land portion of project involving construction and operation of subsea fiber optic cable extending from existing cable landing site at Dockweiler State Beach, Los Angeles, through state waters, and terminating in Chile, Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. b.  CD-0003-18 (Federal Highway Administration, Marin Co.)

Consistency Determination by Federal Highway Administration for Sir Francis Drake Blvd Improvement Project in Point Reyes National Seashore, including resurfacing and/or reconstruction of roadway segments between Pierce Point and Chimney Rock Roads; widening sections of roadway to maintain consistent 24-ft. paved width; replacing culverts and constructing bridge over Schooner Creek; stabilizing eroding roadway embankments and improving roadway pullouts; improving sight distances and roadway safety by modifying existing elevations, curves and cut slopes; and associated habitat improvements, Point Reyes, Marin County.
