Public hearing and Commission action on a proposed administrative order and agreement through which Sunshine Enterprises and associated entities agree to address unpermitted demolition of two lower cost motels and construction and operation of a luxury boutique hotel at 1515-1525 Ocean Avenue (Shore Hotel) by obtaining and complying with an after-the-fact permit for that development or ceasing operation of the hotel within 180 days of this action.
