Although no formal action will be taken, the Commission is allowing an opportunity to interested members of the public to address the Commission on items of interest that are within the Commission's jurisdiction, but that do not specifically appear on the agenda.
7.Action Item: Approval of the 2015 State Water Project Review
The Commission will consider approval of the 2015 State Water Project Review (Water Code §165) for submittal to DWR and the Legislature.
8.Review of 2016 Workplan
Commission staff will present the 2016 Workplan for Commission review.
9.Update on Program and Administrative Activities for the Water Storage Investment Program
Commission staff will update the Commission on activities undertaken to implement the Water Storage Investment Program.
10.Presentation by Sustainable Conservation on Groundwater Recharge Pilot Projects
Sustainable Conservation, a non-governmental organization, will brief the Commission on their work related to groundwater recharge.
11.Briefing on Department of Water Resources' and State Water Resources Control Board's Grant and Loan Programs benefiting Small Water Systems and Disadvantaged Communities
Department of Water Resources (DWR) and the State Water Resources Control Board staff will brief the Commission on programs to assist small water systems and disadvantaged communities. 
12.Sustainable Groundwater Management Act Implementation: Update on Development of Groundwater Sustainability Plan Regulations
DWR staff will provide an informational update on activities since the December meeting related to the Development of Groundwater Sustainability Plan Regulations.
13.Legal Briefing: The Administrative Procedure Act, Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act, and Public Records Act
Counsel will brief the Commission on legal issues relevant to the work of the Commission.
14.Briefing on Consideration of Climate Change in Water Resources Planning
DWR staff will provide a comprehensive briefing on DWR's Climate Change program, including DWR's recommendations for considering Climate Change in water resources planning.
15.Consideration of Items for Next California Water Commission Meeting
