7.Sustainable Groundwater Management Act Implementation: Update on All Comments on Draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) Regulations and Presentation of Final Draft GSP Regulations
DWR staff will provide an informational update on public comments received on the Draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan Regulation and present the Final Draft GSP Regulations.

8.Update on Program and Administrative Activities for the Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP) and Briefing on WSIP Concept Papers
Commission staff will update the Commission on activities undertaken to implement the Water Storage Investment Program. Additionally, Commission staff will report to the Commission on potential project concepts submitted during the WSIP concept paper solicitation period. 
9.Legislative Update (Postponed)
DWR staff will provide an update on State legislation relevant to the activities of DWR and the Commission.
10.Update on DWR’s Implementation of SB 83 and the Online System for Well Completion Reports (OSWCR)
DWR staff will brief the Commission on progress implementing SB 83 (passed in June 2015)and OSWCR, a system that makes well completion reports available to the public online.
