 The Executive Officer will report on various matters addressed since the previous Commission meeting.
5.Commission Member Reports
 An opportunity for members to disclose any meetings or conversations related to Commission business since the previous Commission meeting.
6.Public Testimony
 Although no formal Commission action will be taken, the Commission offers an opportunity to the public to address the Commission on items of interest that are within the Commission's jurisdiction, but that do not specifically appear on the agenda.
7.Presentation of ACWA Scholarship Recipient's Winning Essay
 A Rancho Cucamonga High School student will read her essay about the importance of water.
8.Update on Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP)
 Commission staff will update the Commission on activities related to the WSIP.
9.Briefing on State Water Project
 Department of Water Resources staff will brief the Commission on the operation of the State Water Project (SWP). The briefing will be an overview of the SWP, including the purpose, benefits, allocations, and regulatory regime.
 
10.Action Item: Consideration of Ex Parte Communication Policy
 The Commission will discuss and consider adopting an Ex Parte Communication Policy that will apply to Commissioner communications and site visits related to the Water Storage Investment Program.
