    The Executive Officer will report on various matters addressed since the previous Commission meeting

  5.  Commission Member Reports
    An opportunity for members to disclose any meetings or conversations related to  Commission business since the previous Commission meeting.

  6.  Public Testimony
    Although no formal Commission action will be taken, the Commission offers an opportunity to the public to address the Commission on items of interest that are within the Commission’s jurisdiction, but that do not specifically appear on the agenda.

  7.  Legislative Update
    Department of Water Resouces (DWR) staff will brief th eCommission on State legislation relevant to the activities of DWR and the Commission.

  8.   Action Item: Consideration of Water Loss Audit Reporting Regulations DWR staff will present the proposed Validated Water Loss Audit Reporting Regulations for Commission consideration and possible approval.     Motion and Vote

  9.  Panel on Integrated Water Management 
    Continuing the Commission's exploration of water management issues, a panel of guest speakers will address how integrated water management can be used to improve efficiency and achieve ecosystem goals. 

  10.  Action Item: Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP) Validation of Completeness and Basic Eligibility
    ​Commission staff will describe recent activities related to the WSIP, including an update on the status of application review and an overview of applications. Staff will present findings for the results of the completeness and basic eligibility review for each applicant. The Commission may validate staff's findings, and may provide additional direction to staff. Commissioners may ask questions of applicants during this item. Projects will be considered alphabetically by project name:

    Applicants should note that confirmation of an application's completeness and basic eligibility does not ensure a funding award and does not directly impact a project's score or eventual ranking. "Completeness" and "Basic Eligibility" are defined by the regulations governing the Water Storage Investment Program. The Commission's potential action validating the completeness and basic eligibility of a project means the project meets the requirements of the regulations at this point in time.

  11.  Commission Preparatory Briefing: WSIP Scoring​
    In order to prepare the Commission for its WSIP-related decisions in 2018, Commission staff will brief the Commission on how project scores will be determined.    

  12.  Action Item: Consideration of WSIP Applicant Presentations
    ​Based on a proposal presented by staff, the Commission will consider whether they will invite WSIP applicants to present their projects to the Commission at a future public meeting.     Motion and Vote
