Purpose: The Delta Independent Science Board will discuss comments on the State Water Resources Control Boards working draft Scientific Basis Report prepared to support the Phase II updates of the Bay-Delta Water Quality Control Plan, discuss progress on programmatic reviews and lessons from the recently concluded Science Enterprise Workshop and 2016 Bay-Delta Science Conference.

In addition, comments during the Public Comment period shall be limited to matters within the Delta ISBs jurisdiction and not on the agenda. Reasonable time limits may be established for public comments (Government Code Sections 11125.7).
