 Acceptance of Draft Amendment of Delta Plan Revisions for the Delta Levees Investment Strategy (Water Code §85305) (Action Item)
The Council will be asked to approve the draft amendment. The approved draft amendment would be the proposed project for purposes of drafting the project description for the draft CEQA document that will be prepared for this and other Delta Plan amendments under consideration by the Council.

 Status of the Delta Plan Amendment Regarding Conveyance, System Storage, and the Operation of Both (Water Code §85304) (Information Item)
Staff will summarize the input and comments received from the public workshops and discuss potential revisions to the draft amendment.

 Consideration of Draft Delta Plan Amendment for Refinement of the
Performance Measures (Information Item)
Staff will discuss refinements to the Delta Plan’s performance measures and summarize input and comments received at the March 9 public workshop.

Preparation for Next Council Meeting – Discuss (a) expected agenda items; (b) new work assignments for staff; (c) requests of other agencies; (d) other requests from Council members; and (e) confirm next meeting date.
