1. Ex Parte Communication Disclosures (Information Item)
The Chief Counsel will disclose any ex parte communications related to the WaterFix certification of consistency, and offer a reminder to the public and the Council about ex parte communications prohibitions in effect at the Council.
2. Procedures for Delta Stewardship Council Meetings (Action Item)
The Council will consider amending its Procedures for Delta Stewardship

b. Legislative Update (Action Item)
The Council will discuss current legislation that could affect the Council and/or implementation of the Delta Plan and may take action to express support or opposition, or seek to amend any of the bills listed in the monthly legislative report.
6. Lead Scientist’s Report (Information Item)
Lead Scientist Dr. John Callaway will report on recent Delta science activities. Dr, Steve Culberson will provide an update on the Interagency Ecological Program. Attachment 1: By the Numbers (to be distributed at the meeting)

The Council will receive an overview of the Delta Plan amendment process, including a summary of existing content and Delta Reform Act vision and requirements for the Chapter.

b. Part 1: Linking Science to Ecosystem Restoration Priorities
Panelists will provide an overview of data informing the development of the Ecosystem Amendment.

c. Part 2: Moving from Vision to Planning and Implementation
Panelists will provide an overview of the role of conservation planning, restoration and recovery plans, and regional opportunities informing the Ecosystem Amendment.
The Council will hear public comment related to items 7c after the item.
d. Part 3: Setting Direction with Policies and Recommendations
Council Staff will provide an overview of the Ecosystem Amendment Blueprint
The Council will hear public comment related to items 7d after the item.

Discuss (a) expected agenda items; (b) new work assignments for staff; (c) requestsof other agencies; (d) other requests from Council members; and (e) confirm next meeting date.
