1.City Council Draft Action Minutes - March 27, 2012

Recommendation: Council approve the City Council Draft Action Minutes of March 27, 2012 [City Clerk]

City Council and Planning Commission Joint Meeting Draft Action Minutes - March 27, 2012

Recommendation: Council review and accept the financial audit for the period ended June 30, 2011. [Administrative Services]
3.Amendment to City's Section 125 Flexible Benefits Plan for Employees
Fiscal Impact: None
Recommendations: Council:
  1. Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Clarifying Amendment and Certificate of Adopting Resolution, Amending the City's Flexible Benefits Plan for employees; and;
  2. Authorize the City Manager to Execute future administrative clarifying amendments and certificates of adopting resolutions for the City's Flexible Benefits Plan. [City Manager]
4.February 2012 Accounts Payable and Payroll
Fiscal Impact: $2,387,270.99
Recommendation: Council approve certified City accounts payable, payroll and payroll vendor checks for February 2012. [Administrative Services]
