    1. Council will discuss the current legislative review and endorsement policy and discuss potential changes.

    2. The Council will consider a request to support AB 732 (Frazier– Delta Levee Maintenance). 
    3. The Council will discuss current legislation that could affect the Council and/or implementation of the Delta Plan and may take action to express support or opposition, or  seek to amend any of the bills listed in the monthly Legislative report.

Lead Scientist’s Report (Information Item)
Lead Scientist Dr. Cliff Dahm will report on recent Delta science activities.

Overview of the Association of California Water Agencies Storage   Integration Study  (Information Item)
A representative from the Association of California Water Agencies  will provide an overview of its recently released study on integrated storage and its relationship to the Council’s Delta Plan Amendment for Conveyance, Storage Systems, and the Operation of Both.

Delta Conservation Framework Update (Information Item)
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife will provide an update on the development of the draft Delta Conservation Framework and discuss lessons learned in their development of guidance for regional-scale restoration planning.
