Delta Independent Science Board Update (Information Item)
New Delta Independent Science Board (Delta ISB) Chair Steve Brandt will update the Council on Delta ISB efforts, including the recently released Delta ISB report on Delta as Place and recommend the appointment of a new Lead Scientist.

Appointment of Delta Lead Scientist (Water Code §85280(b)) (Action Item)
Based on the recommendation from the Delta ISB, the Council will appoint a new Lead Scientist for the Delta Science Program.

2017-2021 Science Action Agenda (Action Item)
The Lead Scientist and staff will discuss the proposed final 2017-2021 Science Action Agenda (SAA) and recommend that the Council receive and accept the SAA.

12. Quarterly Report from the Delta Watermaster (Water Code §85230(d))
(Information Item)
Delta Watermaster Michael Patrick George will present a quarterly report as required by the Delta Reform Act.

13. WaterFix Update Regarding Biological Opinions (Information Item)
Staff will provide an update on the recently released WaterFix Biological Opinions and answer Council members’ questions regarding next steps for WaterFix and the Council.

14. Update on Implementation of Delta as Place and Delta Marketing Efforts (Information Item)
