Public hearing and action on request of the City of Fort Bragg to amend the certified LCP to change the requirements for land use planning of the approx. 400-acre former Georgia Pacific lumber mill site west of Highway 1 to (1) replace the currently required specific plan process with a community-based comprehensive planning process, (2) establish minimum approval criteria and minimum geographic planning areas, and (3) eliminate a mandate to extend the City’s grid and add a north-south arterial.
