b. University of California Santa Barbara Notice of Impending Development No. UCS-NOID-003-18 (Solar Photovoltaic Power Purchase Agreement Project Phase 3)

Public hearing and action on Notice of Impending Development by the University of California Santa Barbara for the addition of approximately 3,318 photovoltaic (PV), low glare solar panels on the roof tops of six building structures (Arts, Intercollegiate Athletics, Theater and Dance West, Davidson Library, Kerr Hall, and Cheadle Hall) to provide electricity for the campus’ electrical grid. The University also proposes the removal of four landscaping trees, located on Main Campus at the University of California Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara County. (DV-V)
