to confer with and receive advice from its legal counsel regarding
potential litigation, and as authorized by Government Code §11126(a).

Executive Officer's Report
The Executive Officer will report on various matters addressed since the previous Commission meeting.
Commission Member Reports
is an opportunity for members to disclose any meetings or conversations
related to Commission business since the previous Commission meeting.
Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP): Public Benefit Ratio (PBR) Issues
staff will brief the Commission on a range of issues associated with
the staff analysis and recommendations for Water Storage Investment
Proegram project Public Benefit Ratios and eligible program cost
Water Storage Investment Program: Public Benefit Ratio Determinations
Commission will consider the staff recommendation for the PBR for each
application for WSIP funding. Each project will be considered
individually, as follows:
Commission staff presentation
Commission deliberation and preliminary PBR determination
The Commission will not make final PBR determinations until after hearing all public comments on all projects.
There will be additional time for public comment at the end of each day of the Commission meeting.
comments will be limited to 2 minutes per speaker. For speakers who may
have similar comments, they may cede their time to one speaker
nominated to speak for the group. Speakers may combine their times, up
to a maximum of 10 minutes (for 5 or more speakers).
note: Speakers representing combined commenters are requested to notify
the Commission staff in advance of their intent. In the notice, please
include the speaker's name, the item number (i.e. 8A through 8K) which
they will address, the organizations and/or individuals they will be
representing, and the amount of time they intend to speak (maximum 10

Deliberation and Action on Items 8A-K
no formal Commission action will be taken, the Commission offers an
opportunity to the public to address the Commission on items of interest
that are within the Commission's jurisdiction, but that do not
specifically appear on the agenda.
Consideration of Items for Next California Water Commission Meeting
the Commission is unable to complete its agenda on May 3, 2018, the
Commission will recess until Friday, May 4, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. at the
comments regarding specific items on this agenda will be provided to
the Commissioners as part of their meeting packets if they are received
by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 26. Staff will make every effort to
provide comments received after this deadline electronically, but we
cannot make any guarantees.
