The following items are numbered for identification purposes only and will not necessarily be considered in this order. The meeting will not be called to order prior to the time specified. All Board files, exhibits, and agenda materials pertaining to items on this agenda are hereby made a part of the record for the appropriate item.

Comments on individual agenda items are welcome. All persons desiring to address the Board are requested to fill out a speaker card. If you are considering speaking or submitting written materials.
Adoption of Uncontested Calendar:

Items denoted by (ӿ) are expected to be routine and non-controversial and will be proposed for the uncontested calendar. The Water Board will act on these items at one time without discussion. If any Water Board member or person requests discussion, the item may be removed from the uncontested calendar to be considered separately. 6. Lake Tahoe Nearshore Program UpdateWater Board staff will update theWater Board on the status of the recently revised Lake Tahoe Nearshore Protection Plan. This is an informational item and no formal action is requested, though the WaterBoard members may give direction to staff. (Robert Larsen)
7. Lake Tahoe Pier BasinPlan AmendmentThe Water Boardwill consider adopting a resolution to approve an amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Lahontan Region (Basin Plan) to remove a prohibition on new pier construction in sensitive areasat Lake Tahoe and toadopt and approvesubstitute environmental documentation. 8. Renewal of 2014 Timber WaiverThe Water Board will consider renewingthe existing 2014 Timber Waiverfor timber harvest and vegetation management activities in the Lahontan Region. (Jim Carolan)

Discussion of Water Board Annual Accomplishments and Priorities - Water Board staff will present an overview of the region’s accomplishments from the past year and prioritiesfor the next fiscal year.This is an informational item and no formal action is requested, thoughthe Water Board members may give direction to staff. 12. Lahontan Water Board Annual Enforcement ReportWater Board staff will present a summary of violations and enforcement activities for the 2018 and prior calendar years and discuss priorities for the upcoming 2019/2020 fiscal year. Adjournment
  1 At any time during the regular session, the Board may adjourn to a closed session to consider litigation, personnel matters, or to deliberate on a decision to be reached based upon the evidence introduced in the hearing.
