a.  City of Fort Bragg LCP Amendment No. FTB-MAJ-1-6 (LCP Update). Concurrence with Executive Director's determination that the resolutions and ordinances adopted by the City of Fort Bragg, accepting certification of FTB-MAJ-1-06 for a comprehensive update of its certified land use plan and implementation plan are legally adequate. Appeal by John and Dee Patrick from decision of County of Mendocino granting permit with conditions to Mendocino Land Trust to open public access trail along State Highway One to the ocean bluff within an easement and install signage, fencing, and boardwalk areas to define the public trail, at 2300 Highway One, Albion, Mendocino County.
