Report by Commission staff and possible Commission action under Coastal Act §30413(d) on application for certification to California Energy Commission by AES Southland, LLC to replace on-site Huntington Beach Generating Station with the Huntington Beach Energy Project, in Huntington Beach, Orange County.     2.  City of San Buenaventura LCP Amendment No. MAJ-2-12 (Promenade Parcels).
