    3.  City of Malibu LCP Amendment No. LCP-4-MAL-15-0001-1 (Civic Center Wastewater Treatment Facility). Time Extension.
      Public hearing and action on extension of time to act on the City of Malibu's request to amend the Implementation Plan of the certified LCP to allow for the Civic Center Wastewater Treatment Facility on a property currently zoned Visitor Serving Commercial II and to create an overlay district for the proposed treatment facility with associated development standards.   4. NOTICE OF IMPENDING DEVELOPMENT.
    1.  UCSB Notice of Impending Development No. UCS-NOID-0007-14 (East Gate Vegetation Removal).
      Public hearing and action on Notice of Impending Development by University of California at Santa Barbara for after-the-fact approval of the removal of 25,500 sq.ft. of dense non-native vegetation to improve public safety and conduct campus maintenance.
