Public hearing and Commission action on proposed administrative order directing property owner to 1) remove unpermitted development, including, among other things, houses, water and septic tanks, walls and fences, roads, and other structures from; and 2) cease and desist from undertaking additional unpermitted development, including removal of native vegetation and grading and paving of roads and building pads on property located at 23200 Red Rock Rd., Topanga, APN 4438-005-022 and adjacent properties.
