    1.  Marin County LCP Amendment No. LCP-2-MAR-13-0224-1 Part B (Marin IP Update).
      Public hearing and action on request by Marin County to comprehensively update the Local Coastal Program's Implementation Plan. (KK-SF)     Motion and  Vote
  4. COASTAL PERMIT APPLICATIONS.

Attention: Items appearing in this section of the agenda may be moved to the Consent Calendar for this area by the Executive Director when, prior to taking up the Consent Calendar, staff and the applicant are in agreement on the staff recommendation. If an item is moved to the Consent Calendar it will be processed in the same manner as other Consent Calendar items (See Agenda Categories) except that if that item is subsequently removed from the Consent Calendar by a vote of three or more commissioners, the item will be acted upon at the meeting in the order in which it originally appears on this Meeting Notice and in the manner Coastal Permit Applications are processed. The purpose of this procedural change is to expedite the Commission's coastal development permit process.

      Application of San Francisco Recreation and Park Dept. to improve infrastructures at Sharp Park Golf Course including: (1) remove sediment and emergent vegetation from Horse Stable Pond and Laguna Salada Wetlands; (2) install steps, gate, walkway and retaining wall; and, (3) relocate golf cart path, Pacifica, San Mateo County.     1.  City of Santa Cruz LCP Amendment No. STC-1-12 Part 2 (Two-Story Maximum in IG zone).
      Concurrence with the Executive Director's determination that the request by City of Santa Cruz to amend its LCP Implementation Plan to eliminate the two-story maximum limit in the General Industrial zone district is de minimis. (RM-SC)
    2.  City of Santa Cruz LCP Amendment No. STC-1-12 Part 3 (Design Review Findings).
      Concurrence with the Executive Director's determination that the request by City of Santa Cruz to amend its LCP Implementation Plan regarding design review findings related to location of structures and screening of rooftop equipment is minor. (RM-SC)
    3.  City of Santa Cruz LCP Amendment No. STC-1-12 Part 4 (Outdoor Extension Areas).
      Public hearing and action on request by City of Santa Cruz to amend its LCP Implementation Plan to allow outdoor extension areas onto public property for commercial uses, including outdoor sidewalk cafes and retail areas, and establish a detailed administrative use permit and revocable license requirement for such uses.     4.  City of Santa Cruz LCP Amendment No. STC-1-12, Part 5 (Decision Making Bodies).
      Concurrence with the Executive Director's determination that the request by City of Santa Cruz to amend its LCP Implementation Plan to update the "Decision Making Body" table to add outdoor extension areas and replace the Zoning Board with the Planning Commission is minor. (RM-SC)
    5.  Santa Cruz County LCP Amendment No. LCP-3-SCO-14-0833-2 (Seacliff Village Plan).
      Public hearing and action on request by Santa Cruz County to amend the LCP’s Seacliff Village Plan to change land use and zoning designations (from commercial to residential use) for a parcel located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Hillcrest Drive and State Park Drive in the unincorporated Seacliff Village area of Santa Cruz County.       Applications of Neil Frank (Lot 1); Arnold Land Company, LLC (Lot 2) and Baltimore Land Company (Lot 3) to construct two 2-story single-family homes with associated improvements on Lots 1 and 2 and with associated improvements also on Lot 3, all on the blufftop above Hidden Beach in unincorporated of Aptos, Santa Cruz County.
