  1.  CALL TO ORDER.
  2.  HUMBOLDT BAY FIELD TRIP
    The Commission will take a field trip by boat of central Humboldt Bay aboard the Humboldt State University research vessel the Coral Sea. After convening the Commission meeting, the Commission will board buses for transport to the boat outside the Commission meeting location at the G-12 parking lot off of Rossow Street near its intersection with Harpst Street on the Humboldt State University campus. The field trip will begin at approximately 9:00 am and end in time for the Commission to reconvene for the remainder of the meeting no sooner than 12:00 p.m. The public is welcome to join the tour if space permits. Those wishing to attend must make a reservation by contacting the Commission's North Coast District Office at (707) 826-8950.

Public hearing and Commission action on proposed administrative order directing property owner to 1) remove unpermitted development and abandoned development from; and 2) cease and desist from undertaking additional unpermitted development, including removal of native vegetation and grading on; property located at 2035 Rambla Pacifico, Malibu, APN 4453-004-039, three adjacent properties, and one property across Rambla Pacifico; and 3) resolve civil liabilities.
