      Request by Border Coast Regional Airport Authority to amend permit granted for construction of new airport terminal to (1) alter design of terminal building, (2) eliminate authorized improvements to Hangar Road and Ag Road, (3) modify wetland mitigation requirements to reflect reduced impacts and authorize off-site mitigation, (4) relocate airport beacon, and (5) modify approved demolition, utilities, paving, and construction access at Jack McNamara Field (CEC), 150 Dale Rupert Rd., north of Crescent City, with off-site mitigation along Porteck St., Pacific Shores subdivision, Del Norte County.
