Santa Barbara County LCP Amendment No. LCP-4-STB-14-0835-2-Part B (General Package 2013 Amendment) Public hearing and action on request by the County of Santa Barbara to amend its certified Coastal Zoning Ordinance to add and amend the definition of special care homes and to amend regulations related to various topics including: parking, setbacks for swimming pools and spas, number of residents within special care homes, screening for the accessory storage of materials, structural changes to non-conforming structures and uses, permit timing for conditional use permits and land use permits, and filing procedures for reclamation and surface mining permits.
