          Application by Tom St. Dennis to demolish 1,643 sq.ft. single-family home and detached guesthouse and construct new 2-story 3,600 sq.ft. home with basement, attached 3-car garage, unpaved courtyard, exterior fireplace, and landscape restoration at 1365 Pico Ave., in Asilomar Dunes neighborhood of Pacific Grove, Monterey County.         2.  Application No. 3-16-0420 (Monterey Harbor Dredging, Monterey)
          Application by City of Monterey to dredge up to 10,000 cu.yds. of sediment annually for 5 years at Monterey Harbor/Marina (between Municipal Wharf's I and II), and deposit clean dredge sediments as beach nourishment at 2 Del Monte Beach receiver sites just upcoast of Wharf II in Monterey, Monterey County.           Request to extend, for up to one year, previously approved permit for subdivision of 25-ac. parcel into 10 lots; development of mutual water system; construction of four 15,000 gallon water tanks; demolition of existing mobile home, barn, and greenhouse; and conversion of existing mobile home to senior citizen's unit, at 250 Maher Rd., in Prunedale, North Monterey County.
