          Application of PWM, Inc. to (a) construct 100-ft.-tall lattice-style wireless telecommunication tower on 400 sq.ft. slab foundation; (b) install associated antennas, cabinets, and other equipment for 3 service providers; and (c) install 6-ft.-tall wood fence and landscaping around perimeter of 2,401 sq.ft. lease area, at 700 South G Street, Arcata, Humboldt County.           Concurrence with the Executive Director's Determination that action of City of Dana Point accepting certification of LCP-5-DPT-14-0105-1 with modifications is legally adequate. The amendment authorizes short term rentals in all zoning districts where residential uses are allowed in Dana Point, Orange County. (FSY-LB)
        2.  City of Dana Point LCP Amendment No. 2-16 (LCP-5-DPT-16-0044-1)
          Public hearing and action to extend the time limit for Commission action for up to one year on a request by the City of Dana Point to amend its certified LCP. LCP Amendment No. 2-16 (LCP-5-DPT-16-0044-1) amends the certified Coastal Land Use Plan (LUP) and the LCP Implementation Plan (IP) in order to allow the installation of gates and establishment of hours of operation for public beach accessways leading to Mid- and Central-Stand beaches, City of Dana Point, Orange County.
