      Public hearing and action to extend the time limit for Commission action for up to one year on request by the City of Manhattan Beach to amend the Land Use Plan (LUP) and Implementing Ordinances (IP) portions of the certified LCP in order to implement changes adopted as part of the City’s proposed Downtown Specific Plan.
