Public hearing and action on Notice of Impending Development (NOID) by the Ventura County Harbor Department to replace an existing 150 sq.ft. concrete abutment and an existing 128 sq.ft. gangway, install two new 14 inch concrete piles to support the new abutment, and install a total of 265 linear feet of sheet pile lateral spread wall along the perimeter of the pad for the Harbor Administrative Building located at the southwest end of Pelican Way, Channel Islands Harbor, Ventura County. Application of City of Goleta to construct: (1) new 2-lane Ekwill St. segment to extend from Kellogg Ave. to Fairview Ave. with Class II bicycle lanes, pedestrian sidewalks, and concrete arch culvert to span Old San Jose Creek; and (2) improvements to existing Fowler Rd. between South Kellogg Ave. and Technology Dr. with Class II bicycle lanes, sidewalks, and drainage improvements, within City of Goleta's Old Town area, Goleta, Santa Barbara County. Request by Ayahlushim Getachew to amend permit granted with conditions to delete Special Condition No. 3 which required recordation of public view easement, and extinguish recorded public view easement deed restriction, at 33018 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, Los Angeles County. (DV-V)
