Lobster Trap Restaurant and new construction consisting of: 203,011 sq.ft., 55-ft. high, 210 room hotel; 7,071 sq.ft. restaurant; 6,250 sq.ft. public plaza and promenade; and a total of 379 parking spaces at 3605 Peninsula Road, Channel Islands Harbor, Ventura County. 21. Port Master Plan

Public hearing and action on request by the Oxnard Harbor District to amend its certified Port Master Plan to make minor revisions to allow for wharf maintenance, maintenance dredging, and deepening of the deep draft berths from -35 MLLW to -40 MLLW to facilitate continued use of the berths by deep water vessels.
