Public hearing and action on request by the Port District to amend its certified Port Master Plan to allow for the construction of a 57-ft. high, 10,000-person capacity, 160,583 sq.ft. performance and event venue, including outdoor stage, acoustic shell, sloped synthetic lawn and concession facilities, as well as park and promenade improvements at Embarcadero Marina Park South, adjacent to the bay in downtown San Diego.
