HARVEY GONZALEZ, PERMANENTLY REVOKED, COMMERCIAL LOBSTER OPERATOR'S
TOM HAFER, DENIED, LOBSTER OPERATOR'S PERMIT.
JAYSON MAY, DENIED, 2003-2004 GUIDE LICENSE.
MEO VAN NGUYEN, DENIED, SOUTH CENTRAL COAST REGION NEARSHORE FISHERY
