1.  PUBLIC FORUM– Any member of the public may address and/or ask questions of the Commission relating to the implementation of its policies or any other matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission. The issue to be discussed should not be related to any item on the current agenda. As a general rule, action cannot be taken on issues not listed on the agenda. At the discretion of the Commission, staff may be requested to follow up on such items. Submittal of written comments is encouraged to ensure that all comments will be included in the record before the Commission. Please be prepared to summarize your comments to the time allocated by the President.
2.  REPORT FROM KEN WISEMAN, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MARINE LIFE PROTECTION ACT INITIATIVE, REGARDING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MARINE LIFE PROTECTION ACT IN THE SOUTH COAST STUDY REGION. 
3.  DISCUSSION OF REGULATORY TIMELINE AND POSSIBLE COMMISSION AND DEPARTMENT PROPOSALS FOR TRIENNIAL SPORT FISH REGULATIONS.

 POSSIBLE RECONSIDERATION OF COMMISSION'S APRIL 10, 2008 DECISION AND/OR SUBSEQUENT FINDINGS PERTAINING TO REJECTION OF THE PETITION TO LIST THE AMERICAN PIKA (Ochotona princeps) AS A THREATENED SPECIES CANDIDATE.

5.  STATUS UPDATE AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE REPORT REGARDING LEVELS OF LEAD FOUND IN CALIFORNIA CONDORS DURING 2008. (Note: The Commission is required to issue this report by June 2009, pursuant to Section 3004.5 of the Fish and Game Code.)

(Note: Public testimony will be limited to the regulatory timeline at this meeting. Public testimony regarding proposed regulations related to the North Central Coast Marine Protected Areas is scheduled for August 5, 2009, in Woodland).
   (B)  RECEIPT OF INFORMATION ON NORTH CENTRAL COAST SOCIOECONOMIC COMPARISON (BASED ON EXISTING DATA ) OF MLPA ALTERNATIVES 2XA AND IPA. (Note: Public testimony will be limited to the socioeconomic comparison based on existing data of MLPA alternatives 2XA and IPA for the North Central Coast ).
