ALL MEETINGS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

PUBLIC SPEAKER CARDS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 9:00 am AND MUST BE TURNED IN TO COMMISSION STAFF BY 10:10 am FOR CONSIDERATION. PUBLIC TESTIMONY WILL BE HEARD FROM APPROXIMATELY 10:15 am TO 12:30 pm TODAY. THE TIME ALLOTED PER INDIVIDUAL WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF SPEAKER CARDS RECEIVED, AND WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE START OF THE MEETING.
NOTE: Items may be heard on either day and in any order pursuant to the determination of the Commission President.
AT APPROXIMATELY 1:30 PM A JOINT SESSION WILL CONVENE WITH THE FISH AND GAME COMMISSION AND THE MARINE LIFE PROTECTION ACT (MLPA) BLUE RIBBON TASK FORCE (BRTF).

 PRESENTATION OF INTEGRATED PREFERRED ALTERNATIVE (IPA) RECOMMENDED BY THE MLPA BLUE RIBBON TASK FORCE, ALONG WITH MARINE PROTECTED AREA PROPOSALS DEVELOPED BY THE SOUTH COAST REGIONAL STAKEHOLDER GROUPS.

    6.  DEPARTMENT OF PARKS FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS.
  (B)  BUDGET DISCUSSION.
  (C)  PRESENTATION BY STAKEHOLDER GROUPS’ CO-LEADS ON EACH OF THE THREE STAKEHOLDER PROPOSALS.
  (D) BRTF PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF THE IPA.
  (E)
 COMMISSION GUIDANCE TO STAFF ON COMMISSION PREFERRED PACKAGE AND ALTERNATIVES FOR REGULATORY AND CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) PROCESSES. (NO FINAL DECISIONS WILL BE MADE AT THIS MEETING. THE COMMISSION WILL ANNOUNCE THE START OF THE REGULATORY AND CEQA PROCESSES AT A FUTURE DATE.)
