Purpose: On January 12, 2017, the Delta Independent Science Board (Delta ISB) will discuss its review of the State Water Resources Control Board's working draft Scientific Basis Report for Phase 2 of the Bay-Delta Water Quality Control Plan update. Action on this item will be taken on January 13, 2017. Also, on January 13, other current and upcoming review efforts will be discussed, including a briefing on a draft Delta Plan performance measures amendment.

Discussion of Delta ISB review of the State Water Resources Control Board's Working Draft Scientific Basis Report for New and Revised Flow Requirements on the Sacramento River and Tributaries, Eastside Tributaries to the Delta, Delta Outflow, and Interior Delta Operations (Phase 2)
Members of the public shall be provided an opportunity to address the Delta Independent Science Board on any agenda items except closed session items and those items for which the public has already been afforded such opportunity at an earlier meeting. In addition, comments during the Public Comment period shall be limited to matters within the Delta ISBs jurisdiction and not on the agenda. Reasonable time limits may be established for public comments (Government Code Sections 11125.7).
