7. Endorsement of Habitat Issue Paper (Action Item)
The staff seeks the Council's endorsement of an issue paper about habitat restoration in the delta. The paper proposes areas of focus by Council staff for the next two years and also recommends actions by other agencies. (Water Code section 85280(a)(3) and section 85210(h)).   Motion and Vote
      
8. Delta Levee Investment Strategy Update (Information Item)
Staff will provide an update on htis project since the July 2014 Council meeting. Staff will describe efforts related to public outreach, data compilation and planning for the independent peer review panel for this project.

Preparation for Next Council Meeting - Discuss (a) expected agenda items; (b) new work assignments for staff; (c) requests of other agencies; (d) other requests from Council members; and (e) confirm next meeting date.
