Staff will provide an update on the revisions to the Delta Levee Investment Issue Paper, including responses to comments, and will ask for acceptance of the paper by the Council.

|8.|| California Water Plan Update (Information Item)
A representative from the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) will brief the Council on the recently released five-year update to the California Water Plan.

|9.|| Report on Progress in Implementing the Delta Plan and Performance Measures (Information Item)
Staff will provide an update on the progress of Delta Plan implementation and the process underway to refine performance measures that are included in the Delta Plan.

|11.||Preparation for Next Council Meeting – Discuss (a) expected agenda items; (b) new work assignments for staff; (c) requests of other agencies; (d) other requests from Council members; and (e) confirm next meeting date.|
