|9.||Delta Levee Investment Strategy Update (Information Item)
Staff will provide background information and a framework for discussion of initial key policy questions related to State priorities and liability. This will be the first in a series of discussions with Council on these policy issues. At a subsequent meeting, staff will seek Council guidance on these issues that will be integrated with the technical work for the levee investment strategy. Staff will also provide an overall update on this project, focusing on efforts related to public outreach, the independent peer review panel and technical tasks. Public Comment

|10.||Update on the Bay Delta Conservation Plan (BDCP) (Information Item)
A representative from Department of Water Resources will brief the Council on the partially Recirculated Draft BDCP, Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS), and Implementing Agreement (IA) to be released in early 2015.

|11.||Interagency Ecological Program Management, Analysis, and Synthesis Team (MAST) Report (Information Item)
A representative from Department of Water Resources and US Geological Survey will brief the Council on the recently released MAST report and how the report is currently being used to inform adaptive management decisions.

|12.||Delta Ecosystem Restoration Program Annual Report (Information Item)
A representative from the Department of Fish and Wildlife will brief the Council on the Ecosystem Restoration Program activities in the Delta in 2014.

|14.||Preparation for Next Council Meeting – Discuss (a) expected agenda items; (b) new work assignments for staff; (c) requests of other agencies; (d) other requests from Council members; and (e) confirm next meeting date.|
