      The Council will discuss current legislation and may consider taking a position on this bill.
8.  Lead Scientist’s Report (Water Code §85280) (Information Item)
The Lead Scientist will report on Delta Science activities including a report on the Delta Challenges workshop
9.  Delta Independent Science Board Reappointments and Nomination to Fill Vacancy (Action Item)
The Lead Scientist will seek Council approval to reappoint six existing Independent Science Board members and make a nomination to fill a vacancy.    Motion and Vote    Motion and Vote
10.  Update from Delta Watermaster (Information Item)
Michael George, Delta Watermaster will present a quarterly report as required by the Delta Reform Act.
11.  Delta Levee Investment Strategy: Investment Strategy Principles and General Updates (Action Item)
Staff will discuss Delta flood management investment strategy principles that are proposed to guide development of the Delta Levees Investment Strategy. In addition, staff will update the Council on other ongoing activities related to public outreach and the peer review process and provide previously requested information.

13.  Preparation for Next Council Meeting – Discuss (a) expected agenda items; (b) new work assignments for staff; (c) requests of other agencies; (d) other requests from Council members; and (e) confirm next meeting date.
