Call to Order
Roll – Call – Establish Quorum (Water Code §85210.5)
Bay Delta Conservation Plan Draft EIR Review Check-in (Water Code §85320 (c)) (Information Item) Staff will brief the Council on efforts to review the partially recirculated environmental impact report/supplemental environmental impact statement. The briefing will include staff’s schedule to develop comments and to incorporate the ISB’s comments, and help the Council anticipate the kind of comments that will be brought for their consideration at a future Council meeting.
Conveyance, Storage, and Operations Principles (Water Code §85304, 85308 (f)) (Information Item) Staff will present a revised problem statement to the Council that frames the discussion on conveyance, storage and water operations, and will also introduce a draft set of guiding principles. A panel of experts will provide their feedback on the draft principles and offer suggestions to improve them. Attachment 1: Draft Principles for Water Conveyance in the Delta, Storage Systems and for the Operation of Both
Preparation for Next Council Meeting - Discuss (a) expected agenda items; (b) new work assignments for staff; (c) requests of other agencies; (d) other requests from Council members; and (e) confirm next meeting date.
