 Single-Year Water Transfers and the Delta Plan (Information Item)
Staff has assembled several panels of water transfer practitioners and stakeholders to brief the Council on the status of Delta Plan recommendation WR R15 (Improve Water Transfer Procedures) and to provide information regarding impacts of single-year transfers on the coequal goals.

 Delta Levees Investment Strategy Update (Information Item)
Staff will provide an update on the development of the Delta Levees Investment Strategy along with example case studies of levee investments in both rural and urban areas within the Delta.
