1. Welcome and Introductions
2. Delta Challenges: Report and Discussion
Dr. Cliff Dahm, the current Delta lead scientist, will provide an overview of the recently released “Challenges Facing the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta” report that provides a scientifically-based description of the interactive stressors, threats, challenges, and risks to the coequal goals. Committee discussion to follow on how agencies are working to address these challenges.

3. Implementing “One Delta, One Science”
Dr. Cliff Dahm and staff will report on progress toward implementing the DPIIC’s endorsed list of high-impact Delta science actions and receive additional Committee direction.

4. California EcoRestore: Making Restoration Happen and the Need for Collaborative Partnerships
David Okita, Director of Delta Restoration, will provide an overview of the Administration’s priorities to advance 30,000 acres of Delta habitat restoration. This will include highlighting the recently launched Yolo Bypass Partnership to integrate flood and ecosystem planning.
5.  Delta Independent Science Board: Flows and Fishes in the Delta
Delta ISB member Stephen Brandt will briefly review the DISB’s report on how freshwater flows affect Delta fish populations and offering scientific strategies to benefit adaptive management.
