 Refinements to Delta Plan Performance Measures (Water Code §85308 and §85211) (Action Item)
Staff will present the Council with an action item to adopt new and refined Delta Plan performance measures. Delta Independent Science Board, stakeholder, and public comment feedback have been incorporated into the performance measures proposed for adoption. Staff will also brief the Council on the feedback received from the Delta Independent Science Board in response to the process and methodology used to develop these measures.

The Chair of the Independent Science Board will provide the Council with a review of the 2015 accomplishments of the Board and also provide highlights of 2016 plans.

The Executive Officer, Lead Scientist, and deputy executive officers will discuss 2016 priorities for the Council.

 Improving Adaptive Management in the Delta – A Review by the Delta Independent Science Board (Information Item)
Members of the Independent Science Board, John Wiens, Jay Lund, and Vince Resh, will be present to discuss the latest review report by the Delta Independent Science Board, Improving Adaptive Management in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.

 Delta Levees Investment Strategy Update (Water Code §85305) (Information Item)
Staff will provide an update on the development of the Delta Levees Investment Strategy.
