 Public Hearing: Single-Year Water Transfers Amendments (Water Code §85057.5; Government Code §11346.8) (Action Item)[Item pulled from agenda]
The Council will consider the following:
  1. Determination of CEQA Exemption;
  2. Adoption of CEQA Addendum to the Delta Plan Programmatic Environmental Impact Report;
  3. AdoptionofAmendmentsto:(1)DeltaPlanimplementingregulations(23CCR§5001(dd)(3))
    to exclude one-year water transfers as covered actions, and (2) Delta Plan Water Reliability Recommendation 15, Improve Water Transfer Procedures.

 Acceptance of Discussion Draft of Delta Plan Revisions regarding Priorities for State Delta Levees Investment (Water Code §85306) (Action Item)
Staff will request that the Council agree that a discussion draft of new or amended Delta Plan provisions regarding prioritization of State investments in Delta levees and other potential Delta Plan provisions is acceptable for use in stakeholder outreach sessions.
