Representatives from the Department of Water Resources, Department of Fish and Wildlife, and the Natural Resources Agency will brief the Council on the recently released Delta Smelt Resiliency Strategy.

The Council will consider the following:
|1|| Acceptance of Discussion Draft of Delta Plan Revisions regarding Priorities for State Delta Levees Investment (Water Code §85306) (Action Item)|
Staff will request that the Council agree that a discussion draft of new or amended Delta Plan provisions regarding prioritization of State investments in Delta levees and other potential Delta Plan provisions is acceptable for use in stakeholder outreach sessions.
