Discussion and Updates Regarding the Delta Levees Investment Strategy (Water Code §85305) (Information Item) Staff will provide an update on the development of the Delta Levees Investment Strategy, including (a) further assessment of local agencies’ ability to pay forb levee maintenance and of the program’s $1000 per mile deductible requirement; (b) updated information about risks from sea level rise; and (c) input at public workshops held in the Delta during January.
Preparation for Next Council Meeting – Discuss (a) expected agenda items; (b) new work assignments for staff; (c) requests of other agencies; (d) other requests from Council members; and (e) confirm next meeting date.
