     Delta Independent Science Board Recent Accomplishments and Upcoming Activities (Information Item)
    The chair of the Delta Independent Science Board will provide the Council with a review of the 2016 accomplishments of the Delta ISB and also provide highlights of 2017 plans.

    10. 2017 Priorities (Information Item)
    The executive officer, lead scientist, and deputy executive officers will discuss proposed 2017 priorities for the Council

     Consideration of Draft Delta Plan Amendment Regarding Conveyance,
    Storage, and Operations (Information Item)
    Staff will discuss a draft amendment to the Delta Plan for Conveyance, Storage, and Operations and provide an overview of the stakeholder outreach plan.
