5. Acceptance of Draft Amendment of Delta Plan Revisions for Conveyance, Storage Systems, and the Operation of Both (Water Code §85304) (Action Item)
The Council will be asked to approve the draft amendment as the proposed project for purposes of analysis in the draft CEQA document that will be prepared for this and other Delta Plan amendments under consideration by the Council.

  3.  Delta Levees Investment Strategy (DLIS): Memorandum of Understanding Update (Information Item) and Acceptance of Revisions to Draft DLIS Delta Plan Amendment/Proposed Project (Action Item)
    The executive officer will provide an update as to the status of a proposed Memorandum of Understanding with the California Department of Water Resources and the Central Valley Flood Protection Board.

    The executive officer will also seek Council approval to revise the Delta Levees Investment Strategy Delta Plan Amendment (endorsed at the Council’s March 23, 2017 meeting) to change the project description of the proposed amendment regarding Prioritization of State Investments in Delta Levees and Risk Reduction from a policy to be either a policy or a recommendation.
