The Council will discuss current legislation that could affect the Council and/or implementation of the Delta Plan, including AB 2441 (Frazier/Abandoned Vessel Cleanup), and may take action to express support or opposition, or seek to amend any of the bills listed in the monthly Legislative report. c. Franks Tract Feasibility Study
The Council will receive a report from Carl Wilcox, Department of Fish and Wildlife, on a Frank Tracts Feasibility Study. The study identifies restoration objectives for improving fish habitat, reducing the effects of submerged aquatic vegetation and modifying habitat for predatory fish, increasing foodweb support, and improving water quality at Franks Tract.
8. Lead Scientist's Report (Information Item)
Lead Scientist Dr. John Callaway will report on recent Delta science activities.

As part two of the summer data todecision-makingseries, Council staff and panelists will provide an overview of the role performance measures play in informing decisions, and address how performance data links to adaptive management.

The Chief Deputy Executive Officer will provide amid-yearupdate on the implementation of priorities for 2018, in addition to core program functions.
