Public participation: The public will be invited by the chair
at several points in the meeting to offer comments on agenda items.
General comments on the MLPA Initiative and the work of the MLPA Blue
Ribbon Task Force, not directed to specific agenda items,
will be taken Monday at approximately 9:40 a.m. Speaker cards will be
requested and may be found at the entrance to the room.

Review, discuss and potentially adopt north central coast regional goals
Receive, review and provide initial feedback on draft options for MPA
arrays and draft MPA proposals submitted for the MLPA North Central Coast
Study Region, including MLPA Master Plan Science Advisory Team analyses of
the draft options/proposals
Identify and potentially approve additional staffing and resource needs of
the initiative in the current phase and for completing other MLPA study
Identify and discuss ways in which the MLPA Initiative can assist the
state with implementation of the central coast marine protected areas
