2. Review, discuss, and adopted ground rule on NCCRSG email communications (Attachment 1) - 10:20 a.m.

3. Updates and briefings - 10:30 a.m.

4. Receive informational presentations - 10:40 a.m.

5. Receive presentations on revised draft external MPA proposals (December 6, 2008 versions) - 11:40 a.m.

 

Lunch (provided onsite for NCCRSG members) - 12:15 p.m.

 

6. Public comment - 1:00 p.m.

7. Work group sessions to develop draft MPA proposals (Attachment 5) - 1:30 p.m.

 

Break (dinner provided onsite for NCCRSG members) - 6:00 p.m.

 

8. Plenary review of work group draft MPA proposals ("poster session" style) - 7:00 p.m.
