*6.Revision of Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) for County of San Bernardino, Mid-Valley Landfill This Order revises existing WDRs (Order No. 98-95) to update the description and requirements for the landfill expansion and associated liner specifications, and the groundwater corrective measures at the point of compliance. The Order also establishes provisions and requirements for acceptance, management, and disposal of treated wood wastes, contaminated soils, and wastederived materials at an active Class III municipal solid waste landfill.

*7.Waste Discharge Requirements for Space Center Mira Loma, Inc., LLC, Space Center Industrial Project, City of Jurupa Valley, Riverside County- Authorizing discharges of 0.25 acre of fill to an unnamed ephemeral tributary of Day Canyon Creek, Valley Reach and 0.001 acre of fill directly to Day Canyon Creek, Valley Reach. The discharge of fill is associated with the construction of industrial warehouse development. The order will serve as a Clean Water Act Water Quality Certification for the discharge of fill to Day Canyon Creek, Valley Reach over which the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers took jurisdiction.

*8.Waste Discharge Requirements for LS Company Park, LLC, Edison and Oaks Avenue Road Widening Project, City of Chino, San Bernardino County - - Authorizing discharges of 0.35 acre of fill to three ephemeral tributaries to Chino Creek, Reach 1B, that are waters of the State. The discharge of fill is associated with widening of Edison and Oaks Avenues. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers did not take jurisdiction over the proposed discharges

9. Public Workshop for Revisions to Lake Elsinore and Canyon Lake Nutrient TMDLsThe Regional Board will hold a Public Workshop to consider revisions to the Basin Plan to incorporate revised TMDLs for Nutrient in Lake Elsinore and Canyon Lake. Regional Board staff and watershed stakeholders will give a presentation to the Board on the proposed revisions to the TMDLs, and then the Board will consider public comments on the proposed revisions. No action will be taken by the Board at this Public Workshop. The Board will consider adoption of the proposed revision after a future Public Hearing

11. Status Report on Amending the Septic Tank Prohibition in Quail Valley, Riverside County - Resolution No. R8-2006-0024 amended the Basin Plan to prohibit discharges from new septic systems in Quail Valley. Regional Board staff will discuss the current effort to expand exemptions to the prohibition. No action will be taken; the Board may provide direction to staff on amending the prohibition (information item).

13. Regional Board Member and Executive Officer Communications - Regional Board Members and the Executive Officer may discuss meetings, communications, correspondence, or other items of general interest, relating to matters within the Board's jurisdiction. There will be no voting or formal action taken.
14.Closed Session - At any time during the regular session, the Regional Board may adjourn to a closed session to:
 a.consider evidence received in an adjudicatory hearing and deliberate on a decision to be reached based on that evidence (Gov. Code Section 11126(c)(3));
 b.. consider the appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal of a public employee or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public employee, (Gov. Code Section 11126(a)(1));
 c.discuss significant exposure to litigation (Gov. Code Section 11126(e)(2)(B)(i));
 d.discuss whether to initiate litigation (Gov. Code Section 11126(e)(2)(C)(i)); and
 e.discuss pending litigation in the following matters (Gov. Code, § 11126, subd. (e)):
  (1)Goodrich Corporation v. California State Water Resources Control Board et al. (Los Angeles Sup. Ct. Case No. BS 110389, [consolidated with BS 110390 and BS110391]);
