Per the hearing notice, speakers will have an opportunity to provide public comments during the five-day hearing, but are limited to three (3) minutes, or as directed by the Board Chair. Joint presenters who requested additional time in accordance with the hearing notice shall be prepared to present their comments in the order listed below. The Board Chair may modify the order of speakers at each location. The time allotted is not guaranteed and the Board Chair may reduce it, depending on the number of speakers, in order to allow an opportunity for full public participation.
